Consultation Arrangements

Consultation on this draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is being conducted in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Development)(England) Regulations 2004 and the Council’s adopted Statement of Community Involvement. Accordingly consultation is for a period of six weeks, from 4 November 2008 to 16 December 2008.

This draft SPD, together with the Sustainability Appraisal, standard response form and other supporting information, is available for inspection during opening hours at KensingtonTown Hall and all local libraries. These documents are also available on the Council’s consultation website, http://ldf-consult.rbkc.gov.uk.

The Council encourages comments and representations to be made electronically, using the standard response form on the Council’s website, or email planningpolicy@rbkc.gov.uk. However, comments and representations can also be sent by post to:
